Shaun Stewart is Vice President of Open Distribution at StubHub and an operator who has spent two decades building and scaling technology businesses. He was previously President of ChargeLab, the back-end software used by many of North America’s leading EV charger manufacturers and network operators, and before that Chief Executive Officer of Newlab, the Brooklyn innovation hub where he supported more than 900 entrepreneurs.
Earlier, Shaun was Chief Business Development Officer at Waymo, having led operations, strategy and business development for Google’s self-driving car project at X, and Global Head of Vacation Rentals at Airbnb, following senior roles at Expedia and Jetsetter.
Shaun brings to OceanWell’s Advisory Board hands-on experience taking hard technology from prototype to market, from autonomous vehicles to EV charging, and a commercial operator’s view of how new infrastructure categories are adopted.
