His experience managing global commodities exposed him to the growing impact of water scarcity across industries and economies, leading him to explore the critical role that water infrastructure will play in the future.
As Executive Chairman, Charlie works closely with OceanWell’s leadership team on corporate strategy, financing, and long-term market development. He believes that while transformational infrastructure requires patience and significant investment, it also creates the foundation for lasting resilience and economic prosperity.
